Monday

Dovetailing Tips: As always, any vegetable you can cut at the beginning of the week will put you ahead of the game. Today we are going to work on the onions. Two cups of chopped onions (roughly 8 small or 4 medium) should be plenty to get you through the whole week. Use 1/2 cup today and save the rest for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.


Tuesday

Dovetailing Tips: Today green bell peppers are on the chopping block! You will be cutting one pepper into 1 inch strips, but chop an additional 3 cups and you will be ahead on Wednesday and Friday.


Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: The rest of the week we just get to enjoy the work we already put in! Use the onions and green bell peppers you have ready.


Thursday

Dovetailing Tips: The onion should be ready to toss in!


Friday

Dovetailing Tips: Onion and green peppers are ready and waiting for this fantastic meal!
