This is the best Bacon Dressing recipe on the web!! ___ cup vegetable oil ___ cup red wine vinegar _ teaspoons brown sugar _ teaspoons dijon style mustard ___ teaspoon salt _ drops hot pepper sauce _ slices bacon crisp-fried and crumbled _ tablespoons green onions sliced Bibb or Boston lettuce, torn in pieces At least 2 hours or up to 1 day before serving: In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, salt and hot pepper sauce until well blended. Stir in bacon and green onion. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Just before serving, mix dressing thoroughly. Serve over lettuce.
