While prepping and chopping broccoli for the Mac and Cheese prep an additional 5 cups to use in the Creamy Broccoli salad on day 4.

While cooking bacon for the BLT Chopped salad cook an additional 14 slices of bacon. Six to be used day 3 in Bacon, Cheddar and Chive Biscuits and 8 for Bacon and Avocado Waffle Grilled Cheese on day 4.
