Green and Gold Salad with Citrus Ranch Dressing

The mixture of the leafy green spinach and the mangoes and oranges make this a colorful sight to behold!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup buttermilk ranch-style dressing
2 teaspoons grated orange rinds
3 tablespoons orange juice
3 cups chopped fresh broccoli
2 ripe avocados, cubed
1 1/2 cups diced mangos coupons
1 large navel orange, sectioned and chopped
1/2 cup pecans, toasted
1 (6-ounce) package fresh baby spinach
3 to 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
8 strips applewood bacon, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch strips, cooked until crisp and drained well

Directions:

Stir together first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill until ready to serve.

Combine broccoli and remaining 7 ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
