Rainbow Fruit Skewers

Kids love to eat these chunks of fruit off the skewers, with or without a fruit dip.

12 10-inch wood skewers
12 mint leaves
6 strawberries, tops removed, sliced in half lengthwise
12 1-inch pieces seedless watermelons
12 1-inch pieces mangos
12 1-inch pieces pineapple
12 1-inch pieces honeydew melons
12 1/2-inch-thick halfmoons kiwifruit
12 large green grapes

Directions:

On each skewer, thread one mint leaf, one strawberry half, one piece each
