Quinoa & Arugula Salad

This is equally good using Romaine lettuce or another favorite green.

Ingredients:
| 2 cups | precooked quinoa |
| 4 cups | arugula |
| 1/3 cup | sun dried tomato, chopped |
| 1/3 cup | crumbled feta cheese |
| 3 ounces | lemon vinaigrette |
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and serve.
