  • Reserve extra mint leaves for tomorrow and Wednesday night (store in fridge)


Tuesday

  • Use some of the mint leaves from last night
  • Zucchini is used in both the soup and salad tonight; Slice extra zucchini and peppers to use Thursday night (store in fridge)
  • Store extra feta to use Thursday night


Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips:

  • Carrots are used in both soup and as side dish tonight
  • Use remaining mint for baked apples


Thursday

Dovetailing Tips:

  • Use leftover zucchini and bell peppers tonight
  • Use remaining feta
