ONLINE Ideas and Help
You Will Be Glad to Know!

By Alice Osborne

I have to say, what with the popularity of Pinterest and other cool online sources, I never know if I'm sharing something you haven't seen or heard of before. But I'll take my chances on boring you with these neat ideas I found on ForTheLoveofCooking.net and Indulgy.com.

This is nothing more than a can of refrigerator crescent roll dough, spread with sweetened peanut butter (sweetened with powdered sugar to your taste), and sprinkled with semi-sweet chocolate chips. You can see the cook rolls them up and then bakes them per directions on the package. I haven't tried these yet, but I can imagine they'll be yummy!

And here's another idea off the ForTheLoveofCooking.net site: How about taking that same can of crescent rolls, spreading them with barbeque sauce, topping with some barbequed chicken pieces, adding a little shredded cheese, maybe some chopped fresh spinach, rolling them up and baking? Oh yeah.

One more from ForTheLoveofCooking.net. Fill avocado halves with your favorite salad - crab, chicken, ham, garden fresh, even potato. Because of the pleasant and mild flavor avocado brings to the arrangement, just about anything will stuff an avocado well.

And from a couple other sites called ChasingDelicious.com and Rvank.com, comes this extremely helpful explanation regarding the confusing world of knives. I had no idea...

Finally, still from an online source, Diva Deb (found on Indulgy.com), comes a fresh idea for eating quinoa salad or any other salad you can concoct. How about placing dollops onto washed and patted-dry butter lettuce leaves and using them as you would a pita or taco shell? This is a clever way to have a sandwich, for instance, without the grain issues that usually come along with the bread.
