Only YOU can Prevent Windshield Frost

By Sydney Hill

Only you can prevent windshield frost...or is it forest fires? Anyway, if you live in a cold area right now and ice is a more prevalent hazard than forest fires at the moment, this ones for you.

I hate getting up in the morning with just enough time to get where I'm going, but I step outside and realize I made a mistake. I forgot to factor in the fact that I have to scrape my windows. Oops. And now I'm late...and cold.

Here's a simple remedy that will knock your frozen socks off. Don't scrape it. Prevent it.

Spray a solution of 3 parts white vinegar and 1 part water on your car windshield and windows before you go to bed. It will slow down the ice build up. I'm not saying it's foolproof, but hopefully it will help.
