Monday

Dovetailing Tips: Get ready to get your chop on! Lots of chopping today will save you big all week long! First on the chopping block is onion. Chop 2 1/2 cups of onions and that will get you through today and the rest of the week's meals. Also chop 1 cup of green onions, 2 cups of celery, and 2 red bell peppers. Use what you need today and enjoy being a step ahead for the rest of the week!

Tuesday

Wednesday

Dovetailing Tips: Use onion, green onion, and red bell pepper today. See, you are already glad you took the extra few seconds on Monday aren't you?

Thursday

Dovetailing Tips: Today you are preparing broccoli and you can make huge strides for tomorrow if you just cut an extra head of broccoli into florets. Use the celery and green onion you cut earlier in the week and enjoy!

Friday

Dovetailing Tips: Use the broccoli and enjoy the few minutes you saved yourself today by cutting it yesterday while it was already out!

**Note: You may notice that we are using berries in 2 desserts/fruit salads this week, but there are no dovetailing tips for them. I don't recommend washing and cutting berries ahead ahead of time. It speeds up their deterioration. And we don't want mushy berries at the end of the week!
