Give-Aways

I have spent the last 2 hours reading your newsletter and wonderful recipes. I have already printed a whole bunch I want to try. I love them because they are using ingredients one has on hand. I love that and just wanted you to know how much we appreciate all your hard work in putting together this newsletter. Thank you very much.

  Download this recipe.

4 potatoes baking
Aluminum foil
1 8-ounce container sour cream
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 400°. Rinse and scrub the potatoes; dry with paper towels. Prick each potato with a fork several times. Wrap in aluminum foil. Carefully place the potatoes on the rack in the oven. Bake for 1 hour. Test potatoes to see if they are done by squeezing with a potholder or oven mitt. If they feel soft, they are done. Serve the potatoes on a plate along with a bowl of sour cream and salt and pepper shakers.
