I am enjoying my first days of using your software. But it is not for that which I write.

This letter, which is probably generated by a dedicated staff, is FANTASTIC. In a day when corporate America does not seem to really care about the customer and throws calls off to India, and/or requires you to sit on the phone for long periods of time to get responses as well as having web sites that are miserable to manipulate, it is so very refreshing to receive a letter like this.

Yes, it is promoting your product, but that it is what you are suppose to do.. But it gives the feeling that you care. I am in the business of survey research (Polling) in the political and public affairs world. In this I have found that much of the voters of our country do not have a high confidence level in the service and responsiveness of corporate America.

I am looking forward to spending some real time using your product and I can assure you that if I have any problems, I will take your recomendation and be in touch with your support staff, either on line or on the phone.
