I have been buying your software for years and I absolutely love it!!! It’s on my laptop so I take it into my kitchen. Start up the software and I'm ready to cook. This new Cook'n Club idea is so awesome!!!

5-Day Meal Plan
Including "Dovetail Tips" for Big Time Savings!

Save time by using the "dove-tailing" and "prepare-ahead-of-time" features that we designed into this menu!




THIS WEEK’S PREPARE AHEAD OF TIME TIPS:

  1. Cut up apples and place in zip-lock with the apple juice and store in frig
  2. Combine brown sugar and ground ginger in small zip-lock and put in frig
  3. Salt and pepper roast and place in gallon zip-lock and store in frig
  4. Chop 1 ¼ onions. Saute 1 chopped onion and place in baggie after cooling. Put ¼ UNCOOKED onion in baggie and put in frig.
  5. Fry 2 pounds ground beef and add the 1 sauted onion, and 1 ¾ cup cooked rice. Put in zip lock in frig until ready for Dinner in a Pumpkin.
  6. Wash pumpkin. Cut off top and clean out seeds. Make a face on pumpkin and use as a table decoration until ready to use.
  7. Bake and cube 4 medium potatoes and put in zip-lock in frig
  8. Chop 5 carrots and put in zip-lock in frig
  9. Make "Surprise Rolls" and freeze until ready to thaw and use
  10. Make Meat Loaf and freeze until ready to use
  11. Make Meat Loaf Sauce by mixing all ingredients and putting in zip-lock in frig.
  12. Pop pop-corn for Jelly Bean Popcorn Mix. Add marshmallows, and cut up Jelly beans & slivered almonds. Seal in gallon size zip lock and put in cupboard until ready to use and add sauce to.

  1. Reserve 3/4 pound of roast from dinner tonight for Pork Stew on
    Day 3...AND...
  2. Bake enough potatoes for each member of your family, PLUS 4 more for the Pork Stew on Day 3.

Pork Stew

Surprise Rolls
Prep time: 10 minutes
Yield: 18 rolls

  • 3 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 Tbs. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
  • 3-6 Tbs. sugar
  1. Mix all ingredients together lightly
  2. Spoon into 18 greased muffin tins
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Serve half of the rolls, reserving other half for dinner on Friday
Dove-tailing Tip: Save some rolls to serve with Crock Pot Chicken on Day 5

Dove-tailing Tip: Serve with remaining rolls from Day 3.

Dessert:
Jelly Bean Popcorn Mix


Prep time: 15 minutes
Yield: Lots!

  • 5 quarts popped popcorn
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup jelly beans, cut up
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
Boil 1-2 minutes in a saucepan:
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups light Karo syrup
Pour over popcorn mixture and stir well.
