Foil + Celery = Crisp

Hi,
         I recently read somewhere that to prolong the crispiness of celery while stored in the refrigerator is to wrap it in tin foil. It really works!!! I am always looking for tricks/advice to preserving the freshness of my fresh fruits and vegetables. Freezing some works, but not for all (this is much too complicated). I wanted to share my recent discovery. I hope it is useful.
