Quick Potato Peel Clean-Up

Carol Alaniz from Michigan sent in this appealing tip: When peeling potatoes for cooking, I prepare ahead of time for a quick clean up: Using kitchen table or kitchen sink-- I layer table or sink with a whole section of newspaper or, if no newspaper is available, I cut open a brown grocery bag and use that. Peel potatoes over the paper. When finished, I gather up the paper and throw paper and peels in the trash.
