2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender.
2. Blend for 2 minutes or until relatively smooth. Use a rubber spatula to scrape down the ingredients that stick to the sides of the bowl, and return them to the mixture.
