Clam Sauce

Ingredients

2 cloves garlic minced
2 (6-ounce) cans minced clams with juice
1 stick butter
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Mince the garlic.
2. Heat all the ingredients in a medium pot over medium-low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
