1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced garlic
4 small pita bread rounds
1 teaspoon sesame tahini


1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. (You can also use an electric hand mixer.)
2. Cut the pita into triangles.
3. Transfer the humus to a bowl and surround with pita triangles.
