Grilled Salmon

Serves: 2
Total Calories: 120


2 salmon steaks or thick filets (4 to 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic


1. Place all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
2. Brush the fish with some marinade and place on a medium-hot grill. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, brush with more marinade, and turn over with a spatula.
3. Brush the remaining marinade on the fish and cook another 3 to 4 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.
