Devilish Eggs

6 large hard boiled eggs chilled
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 ro 3 green and/or black olives pitted and sliced


1. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks.
2. Place the yolks in a bowl along with the mayonnaise, mustard, and paprika. Mix together until smooth.
3. Using a teaspoon, fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture. Top some with an olive slice and others with a sprig of dill. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
