Cream Cheese Frosting

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar


1. Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and mash with a wooden spoon to soften.
2. Add the cream, vanilla, and half the sugar, and blend together with a hand-held electric mixer. Gradually add the remaining sugar and blend until smooth. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
