King Ludd’s Phad Thai


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1 box "Taste of Thai" rice noodle
2 packs clams (in foil packs; near tuna at grocery store)
1 package "Sunbird" Phad Thai sauce, dry
1/4 cup crushed peanuts and cashews
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped

Directions:

AT CAMP:
1. Boil noodles according to package instructions.

2. Add clams and sauce one minute before end of cooking time.

3. Garnish with nuts and cilantro.

Fun Fact: Body heat should be applied directly to a frostbitten area.
