Pita Bread Tacos


Serves: 6

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 tomato, chopped
green onion, , chopped
grated Cheddar cheese
lettuce, chopped
1 recipe Pita Bread or 6 pita pockets

Directions:

Crumble and brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain. Add spices. Cut pita pockets in half and fill with hamburger mixture, onions, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
