Raw Almond Pate

Yield: 2 cups


1 cup raw almonds soaked 8 hours
1 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos or tamari sauce
1/4 teaspoon white pepper


1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and process until fairly smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and serve. Refrigerate any leftovers in a covered container up to three days.
