Peaceful Cocktail*

1 medium pear
1 medium ruby red grapefruit peeled
8 large strawberries green tops included
1/4 ince piece fresh ginger root (optional)
1 cup freshly brewed tea


1. Cut the pear to fit your juicer’s feed tube.
2. Juice the pear, grapefruit, strawberries, and ginger.
3. Add the juice to the tea and mix well. Sip the drink while breathing slowly and deeply.
