1 frozen ripe banana
2 large soft dates
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
pinch nutmeg


1. Place all the ingredients in a bender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
