Daikon Condiment

Yield: 1 1/4 cups


1 1/2 cups grated daikon radishes
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon shoyu or tamari sauce
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil


1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before using. Store in the refrigerator up to a week.
