Strawberry Fans

Serves: 2

2 whole, firm strawberries, unhulled

Using a very sharp knife, make vertical cuts through the strawberry, starting from just below the top and cutting through to the bottom. Make about five to six very thin cuts, depending on the size of the strawberry. Place the strawberry on a plate and carefully spread the slices apart to resemble an opened fan. Slip a strawberry fan over the rim of each glass.
