Cinnamon-Coated Tortilla Triangles

Ingredients

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon firmly packed dark- brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 8-inch flour tortilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the brown sugar and cinnamon and blend well. Using a pastry brush, brush the tortilla with the butter mixture. Place the tortilla on the prepared baking sheet. Cut the tortilla into eight to twelve triangles and bake for 10 minutes or until crisp. Store the cinnamon-coated tortilla triangles in an airtight container.
