Fruit Skewers


Serves: 2

Ingredients

2 red seedless grapes, or your favorite
2 stemless maraschino cherries
2 fresh pineapples wedges
2 melon balls*
2 strawberries
2 (6-inch) wooden skewers

Directions:

Alternate threading the fruit on the skewers, ending with the strawberry sitting on the point. The Fruit Skewers can be kept refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 hours.

*You will need a melon ball scoop to make the melon balls. It has two differently size rounded spoons on each end and is available in gourmet food shops or the kitchen section of grocery or hardware stores. However, you can also cut cubes of melon, and the garnish will remain just as attractive.
