Shrimp Mold

Ingredients

1 package unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup water
1 cup mayonnaise
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
juice of 1/2 lemon
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 pound cooked shrimp, cut in small pieces
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 small onion, minced
1 very small bottle of olives, sliced or chopped
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in water. Whip mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, and Worcestershire until creamy. Add dissolved gelatin and rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Pour into lightly greased mold.

Note: If using a fish-shaped mold, save 1 olive slice to make an eye.
