Impossible Seafood Pie

Ingredients

2 (10-ounce) packages frozen broccoli or asparagus, thawed and drained
3 (6-ounce) packages frozen crabmeat and (or) shrimp, thawed and drained
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 (2-ounce) jars chopped pimientos, drained
1 cup sour cream
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup Original Bisquick®
4 eggs
1 teaspoon Nature's Seasoning
dash of nutmeg
2 tomatoes
grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9x13-inch pan. Spread vegetables, seafood, green onions, and pimentos in the pan. Beat sour cream, cream cheese, Bisquick, eggs, and seasonings; pour over ingredients in pan. Top with thin-sliced tomato and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 35–40 minutes at 350°.
