Baked Oatmeal


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 550

Ingredients

5 cups oatmeal
2 1/2 cups milk
4 eggs
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

Mix all together and pour into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350ºF for 30 min until lightly browned. This is SOOO wonderful, and can be made the night before.
Great for company!
