Light Spinach Dip

Ingredients

1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (8-ounce) container light sour cream
3 cups cut frozen leaf spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
1/4 cup , chopped green onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 (8-ounce) can water chestnut, drained, chopped

Directions:

1. In medium bowl, combine milk and mayonnaise beat with wire whisk until smooth. Stir in sour cream blend well.

2. Add all remaining ingredients mix well. Cover refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving to blend flavors. Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables.
