Homemade Peanut Butter Chocolate Sauce

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup peanut butter
3/4 cup light corn syrup

Directions:

In a medium saucepan, combine pudding mix and water and cook on medium high heat. Stir well to remove any lumps and allow to boil until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and add the peanut butter and corn syrup and stir vigorously until smooth. Serve while still warm over ice cream, sundaes, or pound cake.
