Boiled Pineapple Topping

Ingredients

8 pineapple slices, drained
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons butter
dash salt
red currant jelly

Directions:

Arrange pineapple slices on top of baked cake. Mix together brown sugar, flour, butter, and salt until crumbly then spread over the pineapple. Fill center of each pineapple with a spoonful of red currant jelly. Broil 5 minutes or until topping is warm and bubbly.
