1. Place the cornstarch and lemonade in a small saucepan and stir to dissolve. Add the honey and citrus peel.
2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Stirring constantly, cook until the glaze thickens and becomes clear. Remove from the heat.
3. Allow the glaze to cool a minute or two before spreading it warm on the cooled muffins.
