Festive Broccoli & Corn

Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli or broccoli flowerets
1 cup frozen corn
1 (2-ounce) jar , diced pimiento, , drained
1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup water
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Directions:

1. Heat all ingredients to boiling in 1 1/2 quart saucepan reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes of until broccoli is crisp tender.
