Almond Chicken Salad

Ingredients

1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbit in its own juice
1 (15-ounce) can mandarin orange (or use 1 cup grape halves)
2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey, or 1 10 oz can while chicken rinsed and drained
1/4 cup light miracle whip
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions:

1. Open pineapple and orange cans and drain. Reserve pineapple juice for another use.
2. Place chicken in a medium bowl with the fruit.
3. Mix together Miracle Whip and yogurt in a 2 cup measuring cup. Fold into fruit and chicken.
4. Gently mix in almonds.
5. Use to make a sandwich, stuff a pita, top lettuce greens or fill half a cantaloupe.
