Bran Crunch Topping


Serves: 10

Ingredients

1/2 cup All-Bran® Bran Buds® or 1/2 cup All-Bran® Original
3 tablespoons broken walnuts
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
dash nutmeg
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

Directions:

1. Stir together all ingredients except margarine in shallow baking pan. Add margarine, stirring until well combined.

2. Bake at 350°F about 8 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring twice during baking time. Cool in pan and stir gently to crumble mixture. Store in airtight container. Serve over ice cream, yogurt, pudding or sliced fruit. May also be used to make Bran-Crunch Cottage Cheese Salad.
