Strawberry Bread

Serves: 48
Total Calories: 142


2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 eggs
1 1/4 cups oils
2 (10-ounce) bags frozen strawberries thawed
1 cup nuts optional
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon mexican vanilla extract
2 to 3 teaspoons milk, enough to make a glaze


Mix together and bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes until done. Mix last 3 ingredients together to form a glaze. Remove bread from pan and drizzle with glaze.
