2 1/4 cups graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons butter
3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 1/3 cups sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons mexican vanilla extract
1 teaspoon grated lemon
1 pint sour cream
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons lemon juice


CRUST: Mix first 3 ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13-inch glass dish and bake at 350°F for 5 minutes.

FILLING: Mix next 6 ingredients in mixer until smooth. Pour into crust and bake for 35 minutes.

GLAZE: Mix sour cream with sugar and pour over the top of the cheese cake. Bake 12 additional minutes, let cool 30 minutes on the stove and then pour glaze on top.
TOPPING: Mix together last 4 ingredients and pour over the top. Chill for at least 2 hours and serve.
