Ingredients

3 cups (about 1 recipe)
5 cups (about 1 recipe) hot cooked
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano

Directions:

1 Prepare the ragù and the polenta, if necessary.

2 Pour the polenta onto a warm platter. Make a shallow indentation in the polenta. Spoon on the sauce. Sprinkle with the cheese and serve immediately.
