Onions and Olives Pizza

Ingredients

3/4 cup onion sliced in rings
3 tablespoons olive oil
15 black olives sliced
3 very ripe tomatoes skinned, seeded and diced
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
9 fresh basil leaves

Directions:

In a skillet, sauté the onions in the olive oil. Add tomatoes and olives. Quickly mix in mozzarella cheese and spread mixture over pizza dough. Garnish top of pizza with basil leaves then bake at 400 for 10 - 15 minutes.
