Marinated Summer Salad


Serves: 4
Total Calories: 25

Ingredients

4 diced, medium zucchini
1 can drained garbanzo beans
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 diced, medium tomato
1 can drained, sliced olives
3/4 cup herb and garlic marinade

Directions:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients toss lightly. Cover. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Serve and garnish as desired.
