Spicy Teriyaki Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

oil for coating the grill rack
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon Chinese chili paste
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 orange, cut into 8 wedges

Directions:

Heat a grill set up for direct grilling to high brush the rack with oil. Meanwhile, mix the teriyaki sauce, chili paste, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture while the grill is heating. Grill until browned and cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Serve each chicken breast half with 2 orange wedges.
