Hot Artichoke Cheese

Ingredients

1 (8 1/2-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, and cut in small bite-size pieces
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix together and bake in flat baking dish 20 minutes at 350° until brown on top.

Serve hot on crackers. Triple for large casserole. Hellmann’s is a must. (This brand does not make the casserole greasy.)
