Grilled Steak

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin steaks, cut into 3 pieces
3.000 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1.000 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1.000 tablespoon vegetable oil
2.000 cloves garlic, minced

Directions:

Cut steak into three pieces and place in a large freezer bag. Combine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, oil, and garlic. Pour over meat, seal, and shake to coat. Label and freeze.

When ready to serve, grill thawed steak or broil until medium rare. Do not reuse or serve marinade.
