Mandarin-Style Pasta

Ingredients

1/2 cup hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons low-salt soy sauce
3/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/3 cup sliced green onion
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 pounds turkey breast tenderloin, cut into 1/4" strips
12 ounces fettucini or angel hair pasta
toasted sesame seeds

Directions:

In large bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, sherry, garlic, seasame oil, green onion and pepper. Stir in turkey strips. Pour into crockpot. Cover cook on LOW 4 1/2 to 5 hours or until turkey is tender. Spoon over cooked pasta toss. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
