Split pita breads horizontally. Cut each round into 6 wedges. Brush wedges with melted butter on both sides and sprinkle with salt, if desired. Sprinkle wedges with desired seasonings and toppings. Bake on cookie sheet in 400° oven for 10–12 minutes, until golden. Chips will become crispier as they cool.
Fun Fact: Crispy dippers to accompany your zesty, creamy, chunky, and smooth dips may come in all shapes and sizes. Homemade crispies are always a welcome change from those available in the supermarket.
